If you're passionate about helping individuals gain confidence in the water and develop their swimming ability then we'd be interested to hear from you.

To ensure we are keeping a high standard of educational excellence, NeoSwim requires all of our instructors to have a minimum of 3 years teaching experience. 

We also require you to hold your own personal teaching insurance, a full swim teaching qualification, an enhanced DBS and a water safety/rescue award (NPLQ, NRASTC, or STA safety award for teachers)
